included the design and construction of a new 2-stop elevator in the public
access portion of the building. In addition, the scope of work included
conversion of 6,400 square feet of the basement level into new parole offices.
Renovations included HC accessibility issues in two courtrooms and the Clerk of
Court offices. New HVAC, electrical, new controls, fire alarm and security equipment
were all part of the scope of work. Creative construction scheduling was critical
